Code of Conduct

- Only
one person speaks at a time (no “side” meetings or conversations)
- Stand,
if able, to take the floor and address the meeting
- No
speeches allowed (speech is 60 seconds or longer, unless it’s a report on
action items)
- No
snide or counterproductive remarks
- Anyone
can call “time out” to indicate a breach of the Code of Conduit
- Support
the team mission – no hidden agendas
- Follow
the agenda – stay focused on the topic
- Present
ideas and recommendations as team efforts, not individual achievement
- Treat
decisions that have been made by consensus as closed issues – don’t reopen
them for discussion
- Be
respectful of fellow members
- Use
appropriate language
- Do not
use names or address
